Oenology

Certified sommelier, with formal training in wine history, winemaking, and wine pairing. My particular interest lies in atypical or underrepresented winemaking regions in the commercial and investment market.

Cuisine and culinary arts

Trained in pastry with experience at a two Michelin star restaurant. I’m particularly interested in the evolution of classical technique—how culinary history and culture continue to shape contemporary kitchens.

Art, architecture and design

Professional work across contemporary art and spatial design. My interests center on how built environments and visual cultures shape emotional and political life—with a particular focus on surrealism and absurdism.
